Elena Davis, LCSW - 25 Years of Experience

Elena is certified in EMDR Therapy and specializes in treating complex PTSD and developmental traua, grief and loss, and complex relational struggles. Elena is trained in therapeutic psychedelic journeywork including preparation, resources and integration.  Elena is a provider of the Safe & Sound Protocol (Auditory Therapy), Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga for somatic trauma recovery.  Elena also has expertise working with clients with gender identity, sexual orientation, and cultivating healthy sexuality and sexual healing.  Elena is skilled at helping clients cultivate self-compassion and engage in deep emotional healing.​  

Private Pay Standard Rate: $275 per hour

​Insurance Options Available: We are proud to accept most major insurance plans as in-network providers to make mental health services accessible to our community.  For clients needing a reduced-rate or pro bono services, please mention this to us during your initial consultation. We will discuss all available options with you and help find a good fit for your individual financial situation.

Insurance Process:

1. Verification: We'll reach out to your insurance plan to verify your benefits and share with you how your plan works and what you will pay.

2. Copays/Co-Insurance Collection: We keep your credit card securely on file to automatically charge your specific copay/coinsurance at the time of each session.

3. Direct Billing: We handle all insurance billing directly - and can easily provide “Super Bills” for any Out-of-Network Insurance Plans or HSA needs.

4. Explanation of Benefits: You'll receive clear communication and documentation of all charges and you will be able to connect with our Insurance Billing Service, if you ever have any questions or concerns.

Payment Policies:

• Session Fees: Due at time of service; payable by credit card, debit card, HSA card, personal check or cash.

• Missed Appointments:  Late cancellation fees will be charged for sessions canceled less than 24-hours in advance.  

• Payment Plans: Available for qualifying circumstances​ - just ask!
