SERVICES AND SPECIALTIES
My practice style is holistic, integrative and collaborative. I specialize in helping with life transitions, relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, grief & loss, and trauma. I work primarily with adults including seniors and couples. I frequently provide therapy for other therapists, human service, and health care providers and I provide clinical supervision and consultation services to other professionals.
I draw from a wide range of theoretical orientations including attachment-focused, strengths-based, psychodynamic, trauma-informed, somatic psychotherapy, social justice focused, feminist and humanistic perspectives.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, a research-based, highly effective and efficient treatment modality. I also offer animal-assisted therapy, sand tray, and expressive creative arts integration into sessions.
Most importantly, I always focus on each client's individual strengths and personal goals.
"The ache for home lives in all of us, the safe place where we can go as we are and not be questioned."
