About Us

Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

Ellie F Headshot.jpg

I believe counseling can be a gateway towards trusting oneself and remembering one's inherent belonging. I am passionate about supporting clients from diverse walks of life.  I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ folks, neurodivergent individuals, trauma survivors, chronic illness,  therapists and other helping professionals, folks experiencing grief and loss, those healing from eating disorders, chronic substance use, and working with teens/ adolescents.

My work background includes ACUTE care for eating disorders, inpatient behavioral health for first responders, teens, detox, and acute psychiatric care. Some of my favorite modalities include somatic based interventions (I'm an experienced registered yoga teacher and educator), art-based therapeutic activities, sound therapy, radical acceptance, IFS, group/system work, nature based therapy and more. I'm working towards licensure as an LPC in Colorado and feel fortunate to be a part of this growing practice!

When I'm not in the therapy role I'm likely on a walk in nature, practicing yoga, making art, or spending time with family and friends.
