Kellie Forrest, Mental Health Counselor

After more than twenty years supporting children and families as an educator, I followed my passion for mental health and began my journey toward licensure as a Professional Counselor in Colorado. My work focuses on trauma recovery, family systems, and navigating major life transitions, with special attention to estrangement, midlife identity shifts, and breaking long-standing relational patterns. I am especially passionate about supporting women as they move through motherhood, marriage, and burnout – helping them rediscover balance and connection. My approach is client-centered, compassionate, and practical, creating a safe and supportive space for growth, healing, and meaningful change.
