Tykwa “Tai” Goshay, Mental Health Counselor
I believe counseling is both an art and a calling, an opportunity to guide others toward healing, understanding, and growth through creativity, cultural insight, and compassion. My background in the military, civic engagement, LGBTQIA+ advocacy, healthcare, and work with diverse populations including IDD, blended families, and chronic health conditions, has shaped my inclusive and intuitive approach to therapy. I strive to create a space where every story is honored and authenticity is valued. My focus is on treating the whole person, addressing root issues, and empowering individuals to embrace autonomy and a renewed “joie de vivre” – a joyful engagement with life.
